[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#790396: gnupg: Udev rule for Cherry SmartBoard XX44

Dear Maintainer,

The following line, when added to /lib/udev/rules.d/60-gnupg.rules, adds
support for the Cherry XX44 smart card pinpad:

ATTR{idVendor}=="046a", ATTR{idProduct}=="0010", ENV{ID_SMARTCARD_READER}="1", ENV{ID_SMARTCARD_READER_DRIVER}="gnupg"

This appears to be necessary to support secure pin entry, as I have not yet
managed to get this working when using pcscd. (The PIN LED should flash red,
rather than a steady green - this works with gpg2 and, apparently, gpg 1.4
when using gpg-agent/scdaemon to talk to the smart card.[0])
