[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#800648: Acknowledgement (dirmngr: hkps/ssl support broken)

Aha! I figured it out.

It turns out if the filename doesn't end in ".pem", it treats it as a DER
file. Sigh.

Renaming the file and restarting dirmngr fixed.

You can close this now.
