Assuming the commented msgid is the old message and the uncommented is
the new one, the translations should be
msgstr "¿Cambia (N)ombre, (D)irección o (S)alir? "

msgstr "¿Cambia (N)ombre, (D)irección o (V)ale/(S)alir? "
That would remove the "(C)omment"/"(C)omentario", which would bring them
into line.
I would not personally have guessed "vale", as that's only common in
Iberian Spanish, but it's understandable in context and I don't feel
especially qualified to produce a better selection.
