[pkg-gnupg-maint] experimental: making gnupg "modern" in debian

I've just uploaded these packages to experimental.  It's possible that
the gnupg packages will need to go through the NEW queue, since they
introduce new gnupg1 and gpgv1 packages.

I've pushed an updated experimental branch and proper tags to the
git.debian.org repo as well.

Please try them and report back!
