[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#833518: gnupg2: Please let main package suggest or recommend scdaemon package

Hi,

Shouldn't the main gnupg2 package suggest or recommend scdaemon package?

I was a bit surprised that reading my smartcard was not working out of
the box with the version 2.
