[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#834362: gnupg2: gpg-agent looks for scdaemon under wrong path

Yo Maintainer,

During the update to "modern" GPG, gpg-agent started looking to
/usr/lib/gnupg2/scdaemon, which is not where scdaemon installs itself (it's
/usr/lib/gnupg/scdaemon). I just made a symlink between the directories to fix
it for myself so I could use my smartcard for now.
