[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#844272: RM: gnupg -- ROM; obsoleted by gnupg1 and gnupg2 source packages

The source package "gnupg" has been replaced by source package
"gnupg1", which is now an upstream version ahead.

The "gnupg2" source package provides a binary package "gnupg", which
should *not* be removed from debian! :)

Please drop the source package "gnupg" from unstable.  I'd also like
it to be dropped from experimental and testing.  Please let me know if
i should open a distinct bug report about experimental and testing, or
whether this one is sufficient.
