[pkg-gnupg-maint] Backport of GnuPG 2.1

Hi,

It'd be nice to have a backport of GnuPG 2.1 to Jessie, so that one
could use the ssh forwarding facility, which would be very useful for
package maintainers running Stable on their workstation/laptop, and
building in Sid on a remote machine. I do not dare to attempt building
and using such a critical backport myself though, and would trust more
the work from the GnuPG maintainers.

Dear GnuPG maintainers, any thoughts about this?
