[pkg-gnupg-maint] gpgme 1.7.0~ alpha or beta to debian experimental?

Qt and KDE libs are built with -fPIC, which, afaik, is stronger and 
incompatible with -fPIE, would it be an option to use -fPIC for gpgme?
