Sure. Hardening adds -fPIE to CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS, so you either need to remove it
from there with
CXXFLAGS -= -fPIE # Untested, but should work
or simply not enabling all hardening features:

Just use -pie there.
I wonder what +all,-pie would do there.
