[pkg-gnupg-maint] minor nitpick: gnupg missing breaks on python3-apt

Dear gnupg maintainer,

first thanks for your valuable work but just an minor nitpick:
gnupg in unstable declares a break just against python-apt (<=
1.1.0~beta4) but not against python3-apt (<= 1.1.0~beta4) which is also
produced by the python-apt source package. As a new version of
python-apt is already available this is not important anymore but maybe
for completeness you should add a python3-apt (<= 1.1.0~beta4) in the
next gnupg version.
