While I haven't remove the support of CardMan 4040 in GnuPG, I don't
know if it still works or not.  Actually, we are considering the removal
of this card reader support.

If you still have the device, please let me know if it works.  I'm
afraid it's too old to support current version of OpenPGP card with
RSA key length >= 2048.
