BTW. It is likely that "w", is from "Wyjdź" / "Wyjście", meaning "Exit /
Quit" in Polish.
N - Nazwisko (Name)
A or E - adress email (poczty elektronicznej) (Email)
A or Z - Akceptuj, Zaakceptuj (Accept)
K - Kontynuj (Continue).
Just some ideas.
It is likely that the key "Change (N)ame, (E)mail, or (O)kay/(Q)uit? " is
not translated, but the expected key letters in keyboard handling got
translated.
