FYI, this isn't a binding for GnuPG -- it's something much, much more
ancient that tries to do things like support PGPv2 and that I need to
completely rewrite, hopefully on top of an actual binding. It's only used
by some Usenet stuff, and I'm keeping it limping along until I have a
chance to rewrite it properly. It's best ignored for the purposes of
finding a good general solution in Debian.
