Hi all--

GnuPG is team-maintained -- i've uploaded most of the recent uploads,
but i'm definitely not intending to be the sole maintainer, and i would
be happy to have more active contributors to the team:

Thanks Gniibe and Christoph for your work on this!  Thanks gniibe in
particular for your updates to patches that seem relevant for debian
work but might not be carried upstream in 2.2.

i can review and upload this work in the followin gweek if that'd be
helpful, but i also don't object to anyone picking this up and running
with it in a responsible way.
