I but "disable-scdaemon" inside /etc/gnupg/gpg-agent.conf still the 
error occurs:

# gpgconf --check-programs
gpgconf: error running '/usr/lib/gnupg/scdaemon': probably not installed

dirmngr:Network:/usr/bin/dirmngr:1:1:
pinentry:Passphrase Entry:/usr/bin/pinentry:1:1:

How can I fix this error message that keeps popping up?
