Dear Maintainer,

The libgpg-error debian/control file's Vcs-Git header references the
non-existent debian/master branch. This should be replaced with either
an explicit reference to the debian/unstable branch or a bare repo URL
if the correct branch will be selected implicitly.

This bug causes the debcheckout command to fail.
