I have not yet done a rebuild of rdeps but currently we are waiting for
rdeps to deal with 
| Split off libqgpgme-dev (QT5) package from libgpgmepp-dev.

Assuming the new upstream does not cause FTFBSes I would hope/expect to
upload to unstable in the next weeks not months.
