[pkg-gnupg-maint] blocking gnupg2 2.2.43-6 from testing migration?

Hello,

gnupf2 is currently stuck due to some autopkgtest but neverteless I am
unsure we want to see it in testing or add a blocker bug.

#1071168 at least has a fix in GIT.
#1071552 will not be "fixed" upstream (it is not considered to be a bug) in the 2.2 series at all.

What do you think?
