[pkg-gnupg-maint] gnupg.fail status

Hello,

I have tried gathering information re gnupg.fail in GIT, mainly by
looking at https://dev.gnupg.org/T7900

https://salsa.debian.org/debian/gnupg2/-/blob/debian/unstable/debian/gpg.fail.md?ref_type=heads

Afaict we only have fixes for #1 #2 #5 and #12 and upstream does not
consider to fix #11.

I will probably make an upload to experimental today, adding the patch
for #2.

Do you want me to take a shot at preparing a stable update with the
stuff we have?
