[pkg-gnupg-maint] Bug#1022702: gnupg 2.4 EOL

Hello,

gnupg upstream has updated its End-of-life database on
https://www.gnupg.org/download/:
2.2 has reached EOL (2024-12-31) but 2.4 would/will not help us a lot
for trixie. - It is a non-LTS release, reaching EOL in 2026-06-30 in the
middle of the trixie lifecycle.

2.6 will be a LTS release. It has not yet been declared stable. (2.5.x
are "public testing releases eventually leading to a new stable version
2.6.")

[I am intentionally not adding anything regarding librepgpg vs RFC 9580
here to limit the scope of this mail.]
