I've uploaded 2.4.7-3 to experimental with this enabled. Once it passes
the NEW queue, we should probably consider marking weak dependencies
betweeen the packages. Maybe tpm2daemon should be marked with
"Enhances: gpg-agent", for example. and maybe we should add "Suggests:
tpm2daemon" to gpg-agent, too.
