[pkg-gnupg-maint] Renaming gpgme1.0 source package to "gpgme" at 2.0 release?

Having not received any strong voices for changing the source-package
name I have left it alone. The newer version is in experimental, C++ and
QT bindings are uploaded but will need to go through NEW. You might want
ot "watch" the new repos on salsa.
