Hello,

do you have any idea what broke lintian's CI on riscv64? This has been
blocking gnupg2 for two days.

https://ci.debian.net/packages/l/lintian/testing/riscv64/59297550/
90s The following packages have unmet dependencies:
192s satisfy:command-line : Depends: libperl-critic-freenode-perl but it is not installable
192s E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
192s build-and-evaluate-test-packages FAIL badpkg
192s blame: lintian
192s badpkg: Test dependencies are unsatisfiable. A common reason is that your testbed is out of date with respect to the archive, and you need to use a current testbed or run apt-get update or use -U.

libperl-critic-freenode-perl is not part of or provided by any package
in trixies/sid, it was a transitional package in bookworm.
