[pkg-gnupg-maint] Renaming gpgme1.0 source package to "gpgme" at 2.0 release?

Hello,

gpgme switched to versioned source and -dev packages in 2003 but that
has stopped being à jour ages ago and we went from libgpgme11-dev to
libgpgme-dev in 2016.

Now (soonish) we would have hav gpgme1.0 2.0.0, which indeed looks a
little bit strange.

Source packages names are not that visible and changing the name has
obvious downsides, first in going througgh NEW and more importantly
https://tracker.debian.org/ is weird afterwards (Should/would
https://tracker.debian.org/libqgpgme-dev redirect to
https://tracker.debian.org/gpgme1.0 or to
https://tracker.debian.org/gpgme ?)

I personally would stay with the current name, however I am aware that
other people are more sensitive in that aspect and would be strongly
offended by gpgme1.0 2.0.0. And if we switch, we should do so with the
first 2.0 upload. So, how strong are your feelings about that?

cu Andreas
