thanks for the nudge. The wine change caused multiple CI errors in gnupg
related packages and I had been waiting for a response by wine
maintainers to
https://lists.debian.org/debian-wine/2026/02/msg00002.html But yes it is
time to stop waiting and apply a hotfix.

diffutils is "Essential: yes" -  We can and should rely on it being
always available without an explicit dependency.
