I would love to have this in Debian for GNUstep:

However it has these dependencies
libshout3-dev, libsdnfile1-dev, libvorbis-dev, libogg-dev
and lame, portaudio

of which these are not packaged for debian

of which this one can't be packaged for legal reasons
