I didn't port it to any of these.  Your package has nothing kernel-specific.
It has, however, cpu-specific options.  There's a check in debian/rules
intended to be targetted at CPU, which checks for kernel instead.  With my
patch, debian/rules may check for CPU without gratuitously breaking for
non-Linux kernels.

I understand, though, that some people don't like this solution.  If you
prefer to hardcode a list of kernel-cpu combos, then please add every possible
combination to prevent gnustep-base from breaking again (and keep it in sync
with dpkg archtable).
