Yes, the version  in sid doesn't depends on libgnustep-base1.10  (and 
I think it's a bug).
But the version in sarge depends on libgnustep-base1.

Not needed any more, they all have been accepted in sid.

I've already filed bug to for addresses and gnustep-imagekits. Still 
no reply.
I can try to increase the severity.

charmap, lusernet and viewpdf are not available in unstable.
