It has succesfully built on arm. Great.

Not sure when the Core package will be ready.

Documentation cannot be built once again and soname is not correct.

Anyway next release of base should look like that :
gnustep-base-runtime (or gnustep-base-common or another name like that, =
you can give your opinion)
libgnustep-base1.9.2 (or lignustep-base2 if I can convince upstream to d=
ecouple soname and release version)
libgnustep-base-dev
libgnustep-base-dbg
gnustep-base-doc

The first package will contain same things than gnustep-base1 except the=
 shared library itself.
