I have uploaded the package to mentors.debian.net, which is different
than Debian experimental. Anybody can upload source packages to
mentors.debian.net after registering on the web, if they haven't changed
that since I registered.
The portaudio license should be dfsg compliant since portaudio is part
of audacity, which is already in Debian main.

I have packaged snapshot_v19.20040729 also, and I will upload it to
mentors.debian.net shortly. The source package is called portaudio19 and
you can download it from:
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/p/portaudio19/
I have changed the name of the library slightly, because portaudio v19
is not backward compatible with v18 yet and I want the two versions to
coexist. I don't think you have to modify MusicKit, since I haven't
changed the names of the development files.
