Package: gnustep-base
Severity: important
Justification: no longer builds from source

gnustep-base does not build on mipsel. - It never has, but only now
has this started being a *real* problem. - It keeps gnustep-gui out of
testing because it build-depends on libgnustep-base1-dev.
