Looking at gnustep-app-wrapper it runs the application fine with
openapp. the gnustep-tool-wrapper should do the same with opentool
and not with exec. the opentool command looks at the right places:
local domain, user domain, system domain and network domain (might be=20
slightly wrong here).
I run into this when I was developing a tool that i installed locally
and then symlinked to the tool-wrapper.
For longterm we will probably be replacing opentool and openapp with
open. which comes with the software/package backbone.
