Hmm... no problem here...
Could you try editing /usr/bin/opentool so that the last line contains
the full correct path for opentool:
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Tools/opentool
i.e. change the last line to read:
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Tools/opentool "$tool" "$@"
I suspect that GNUstep.sh isn't being sourced properly, or you already
sourced GNUstep.sh, and then edited the $PATH.
