[Debian GNUstep maintainers] new GNUstep packages -- for testing

OK, I've tested upgrading the gnustep core packages, and everything
seems to be working -- the symlinks are created properly, and installing
the new core packages will try to remove all packages that have not been
recompiled, so program's won't silently stop working.

So please test these packages, and try recompiling your packages, and
let me know how it works.

To rebuild your own packages:
- make sure you build-depend on the right version of the libraries
  (e.g. libgnustep-gui0.10-dev instead of libgnustep-gui0.9-dev)
- call gsdh_gnustep somewhere in the binary-* targets of debian/rules
And I think that's it.

The packages can be downloaded from:
  http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian/gnustep/packages/
or from the apt repository
  deb http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian/gnustep/packages ./

(the deb-src line should work too, but I haven't tried it)

My plan for now:
- figure out the best way to maintain an apt repository on alioth (does
anyone want to use architectures other than i386 for the repository?)
- send out a mail to debian-policy to make sure all objections have been
  answered
- find a sponsor
- package very latest upstream (just a ..1 release, and the changes
don't seem to make a difference for Debian, but nice to have the very
  latest anyways)
- if no blocker bugs found, create the final Debian packages (repackage
without the "hc" version, and clean up the changelogs), and coordinate
  with debian-release for the transition
