Hubert,
thanks for taking up the ball and starting this kind of thing, it's
definitely better than ignoring the request for the FHS and uploading
new packages with the old schema.

Is a debhelper script really the right approach? My feeling was, that
_only_ gnustep-make should be changed to install and use to the new
locations. You could even make it dependent on some environment
variable, which is set at build time.
