[Debian GNUstep maintainers] GNUstep package removals

As far as I know, the following packages have no active maintainer and
should be removed.  Please let me know if you are intending to maintain
one of these packages.  Otherwise, I will file a bug against
ftp.debian.org in the next few days, asking for their removal.

- imageviewer (old maintainer was Evan, and upstream is not actively
  developing it any more.  Gürkan is maintaining preview.app, which does
  mostly the same thing)
- viewpdf.app (was maintained by Gürkan, but is replaced upstream by
  vindaloo.app, which I think Gürkan is also planning to package)
- gnustep-antlr (old maintainer was Brent; not used by any other
  package)
- gnustep-gd (old maintainer was Brent; not used by any other package)
- simpleui.bundle (old maintainer was Eric; we should be using camaelon
  instead of this)
