That depends mostly on whether or not there's another SONAME bump in the
libraries.  If there is, and the next release is soon, then we should
wait.  If there isn't any SONAME bump, then it doesn't matter -- we can
make the transition now, and then when the next tarball gets released,
we can just upload the new library and everything should work fine.

But I'd prefer to make an upload soon, because the new GNUstep libraries
apparently fix some very annoying bugs in GNUMail.

Yes, if you can find out when it's scheduled, and whether or not there
will be an SONAME bump, that would be great.
