[Debian GNUstep maintainers] new DD

Hello fellow GNUstep maintainers,

I'm happy to announce that on Monday, my Debian account was created,
after going through the NM process for a little over a year.

Hopefully now that we have a DD on the team, things will be a bit easier
for us.

I'm still getting myself oriented with my new account (as you can see, I
haven't even switched to my new @debian.org email address yet), but
after that, I would be happy to sponsor any GNUstep-related packages.
Unfortunately, that probably won't happen until after the freeze, so
you'll still have to use your current sponsors for now.
