Since ffcall is part of the clisp tarball (and the package in ~doko/tmp
uses the ffcall from there, rather than the plain upstream version), it
probably makes most sense to maintain it as part of clisp.  But if Peter
doesn't want to maintain ffcall, I can take it.  Another alternative is
that we can build it as part of clisp, but I'll look after the ffcall
bits.
