[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#439064: gnustep-gpbs: process left running after package purge

Hi,

after I purged the package, the following process was still running:

/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Tools/gpbs --daemon

and ~/GNUstep keeps re-appearing when I delete it. The process should be
killed when the package is removed.
