Ah here's one I found:

Hi Maintainer,

rejected, i disagree with the renaming. Please stay within the gnustep-
namespace. (And those 4 .framework outside of it should be fixed 
post-etch too).

*Ideally* all the .apps would be changed too, but now dont start with 
a second
or third .foo without gnustep- please.

Oh, it also contains a RFC and they are non-free by default.
