Confirming...  gnustep-base/1.19.3 introduced API and ABI break :-(

Gürkan, the decision to follow unstable releases was very unwise,
evidently.  Apparently upstream is not so strict in preserving
compatibility between unstable micro releases.  IMO this should be the
last time we do it, otherwise we're doomed to drown in bugs...

Let's keep the bug open to prevent duplicate reports; will close when
the GNUstep transition begins, hopefully sometime this month.
