This little tool converts font files (.ttf, etc.) to GNUstep .nfont
bundles, which are only useful for GNUstep, particularly with the
"art" GNUstep backend.  Therefore I believe it belongs to the section
`gnustep', despite being a console program.

(In any case, `fonts' seems more suitable than the presumably generic
section `text'.)
