Thanks, I didn't know about this facility.  But I'm not sure how it
would help me in this particular situation.  Anyway, bisecting will only
be necessary if GCC upstream ask us to confirm the latest working
version, I guess.

All I need is CynthiuneHeaderCell.mi (eventually gzipped, as I expect it
to be few hundred KiBibytes [1]) plus the complete command when
compiling the file.  You can achieve this with 

  ADDITIONAL_OBJCFLAGS="-v -save-temps" <dpkg-buildpackage|debuild|etc>

or directly putting it in debian/rules:build-stamp's $(MAKE) invocation,
as you prefer.

Lots of extra thanks if you confirm the ICE happens with gcc-snapshot.
