[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Intending to adopt a gnustep app

Hello Federico

Please feel free to take over them. I had prepared a newer version
of gnustep-dl2 long time ago, but never found a sponsor for it:

http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/gnustep-dl2/ 	   (gnustep-dl2_0.12.0-1.dsc)

and I also tried to build it against the latest gnustep tarball versions
but it failed:
