As you can tell, I'm a bit slow in responding. ;)  Please Cc: me on any

I was hoping to eventually write a GNUstep packaging policy, but never
had the time to do it.  The stuff that I have written so far is
available at http://www.uhoreg.ca/programming/debian/gnustep/policy but
it's a bit outdated.  I'll send along some other stuff that I've been
thinking about, and I'll comment on your other mail about package
naming.

Yes, etoile seems to always want a newer version of llvm, so I don't
know how well you'll be able to keep up with them.
