I forgot to add: If anyone has an idea how to implement a non-threaded
ALSA bundle (i.e. using NSFileHandle's asynchronous API), that might
be a better way to go rather than chasing bugs in Cyhtniune's
threaded output bundle implementation.

The only [*] threaded output bundle is aRts, and it's already
irrelevant.

[*] Not counting the Woe32/Muck OS bundles which I don't care about.
