[Debian GNUstep maintainers] First version of split gnustep-dl2 at mentors

One more thing. It would be very nice to ship the documentation (pass
doc=yes to make). Although many methods are not documented, it is
still convenient to have the library references in the standard
GNUstep documentation directory. Of course, this means some extra
work, too :-P Plus some extra build-dependencies, but this shouldn't
be a problem.

Here is what's being built:

/usr/share/info/GDL2Intro.info
/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/GDL2Intro*.html
/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/GDL2Intro.pdf

A nice introduction to GDL2 in Info/HTML/PDF formats. You can ship
this in the gnustep-dl2 package. You have to add a @direntry to the
.texi file (to have an entry in the DIR file and avoid a warning by
install-info's trigger), and a doc-base file would be nice (Section
should be Programming/Objective-C).

/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/EOAccess/*
/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/EOControl/*
/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/EOInterface/*
/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/GDL2/*

API documentation. These belong in libgnustep-dl2-dev. GDL2 is just
one file that links to the main files of the three libraries, so
perhaps only one doc-base file pointing to GDL2.html as Index would
suffice.

/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/PostgreSQLEOAdaptor/*

As you delete the headers, this directory should be deleted as well.

/usr/share/GNUstep/Documentation/gdl2gsdoc/*

Very short, and all methods have stub descriptions, so I suggest to
delete that too.

What do you think?
