Yes, you probably have a stray libProjectCenter from a manual build; it
can be in /usr, /usr/local or ~/GNUstep (if you source GNUstep.sh and
installed it with GNUSTEP_INSTALLATION_DOMAIN=USER).  That's the only
reasonable explanation for the behavior you observe.
